Introduction to Stained Glass: | Drayton Beauchamp has some of the best medieval stained glass in the county, in its E window. It dates from around 1450 and shows 10 Apostles together with the Apostles Creed. The window was restored by Clayton & Bell in 1866.
More... During the last 35 years of the 19th century, Clayton & Bell restored 2 windows, and produced 7 new windows for the church. One restoration and 6 of the new ones were donated by James Griffin of Drayton Lodge.
