Makers Marks by Ion Pace

Pace, Ion (1846-1928). He worked for Clayton & Bell until sometime in the 1870s when he went independent, although continuing in the style in which he been trained. In 1880 his address was 2 Duke Street, Adelphi, London. From 1889 to 1901 his address was 252 Fulham Road, London. His work (which included painted decoration as well as Stained Glass) is in St George's Chapel at Windsor and in the Royal Mausoleum at Frogmore, and also at Whippingham church in the Isle of Wight, used by Queen Victoria when she was at Osborne House.
