Christopher Charles Powell (1876-1955) Stained glass designer. Christopher Charles Powell was the son of Charles Powell whose firm, based in Lincoln and London, specialised in mural decoration and stained glass. C.C. Powell concentrated on stained glass after the death of his father, and established his studio in Highgate, London. He was probably responsible for many windows made by the family firm in the 1920s and early 30s, prior to his father's death in 1934. (Stained Glass in Wales)
