Dedicated to:	Harold Theodore Thompson, M.D., F.R.C.P, F.R.C.S, (11 April 1878 - †3 Feb 1935) Christopher Thompson (Apr 1911 - †16 June 1943) Valentine Thompson (9 Apr 1911 - †17 Apr 1962) More... Christopher Thompson died as a prisoner of war of the Japanese while building the Thailand section of the notorious Burma (or Death) railway. He was a L/Cpl in the Federated Malay State Volunteer (FMSV) Force. His service number was 13218. He is interred at the Kanchanaburi War Cemetery which is about 80 miles north-west of Bangkok. He is commemorated on the Little Kingshill war memorial, near Great Missenden. (Thanks to Ian Mackay)
